Why guys should all have a cleaning lady

Well, it will help them to start new relationship with the opposite sex. That’s for sure.

I have my roommate who’s scare to take a shower at her boyfriend apartment because the shower is too much disgusting. I don’t know, but I wouldn’t like it, not to be able to take a shower at my boyfriend place. My roommate, she doesn’t seem to care, but if the shower is dirty, I can’t imagine what the rest of the apartment look like… Anyway, I believe guys should have heir own personal cleaning lady because it will help them on having date.

I just taught of those two guys for which I lean the apartment on Saturday morning. With the summer time and everything, they might wanted their apartment clean to be able to bring their date in. It’s the first thing that came at my mind when I was cleaning and it make me laugh. I was laughing alone, the 2 guys were in their respected room.

I think I won’t ever suffer from a lack of work as a cleaning lady.

My life as a cleaning lady – Part 2

I post a new ad for house cleaning in Kijiji and in CraigList and I have received a response this evening. The person ask for 4 to 5 hours. At 12$, it’s not bad, I have a 60$ deal every 2 weeks. So far, I have one regular client for every 2 weeks at 48$. Since it’s every 2 weeks, it’s a little bit tricky to full my week-end booking, but I guess I will get use to it. I just have to follow my agenda. It’s the only thing complicated about being a cleaning lady. My roommate had an agenda that she doesn’t use. She gave it to me and I use it for my cleaning hours.

I also had another good news, a person who will try me and if it’s work out, she’s going to refer me to one of her friend, it will then make a 5 hours for her and a 4 hours for her friend, or something like that.

I get jobs a lot quicker as a cleaning lady that as a regular job seeker. As a regular job seeker, I hate that part between the interview is giving and the answer, if yes or no I am having the job. It’s seem that I have been waiting for ever and it’s have been 1 week or something like that. The other thing is I don’t have the notion of the time. I guess it’s a good thing that I get that agenda after all!

My life as a cleaning lady

I did my first « cleaning job » this morning. I work from 9 to 12. I get 30 bucks for it. I was in a big rush to clean everything. I had to leave at 12 because I needed to get to a new place for 1 in the afternoon. The place needed a hand. Not that it was extra dirty, but the place needed to be clean.

I arrive a little bit a the other place, but anyone notice, since the instructor itself was late. Anyway, in the morning, at my cleaning job, I met a beautiful 11 months old baby girl. She was just too sweet with her grey eyes and brown hair. I clean the place in a hurry, but I didn’t have time to clean the master bedroom and the kitchen.

In the afternoon, I went to my training as a brand new telemarketing agent. I was feeling strange there because I know a little bit about the call center in India. There in India, agents have to learn to speak English as an American and the standard are very high, from what I have seen in a documentary. English is a second language and I won’t denied the fact that it’s not perfect. But since I don’t want to spend my money in some kind or whatever training, my English will stay the way it is. My English is not too bad when it’s come the time to read the script, but when it’s came time to answer questions, it’s another thing. I am just hoping that people hang up on me when I will call them.

Things are getting better for me as a cleaning lady. I get pay cash when the job is done and I get paid between 10$ to 12$ per hour. I am working tomorrow all day long, I am doing a 7 hours, 4 at one place and 3 at another one. Unfortunately, I have nothing for Sunday yet. I just don’t know what’s going on with the interviews I got last week and this week also. I am getting tired.

My job search disaster

I from New Brunswick and for a reason or another, whenever I say I from there, I receive sometimes nasty comments. It’s not happening all the time, it’s have happen three times. When it happen to me the first time, I was about 24. I was in Ottawa. I didn’t get the job. When I call about that one, I receive a comment like: “Where looking for someone with more office experience”. I didn’t die from it. There’s just this type of recruiter who call you to make you loose your time. For recruiters who are no New Brunswicker friendly, I say: just forgive about me and my résumé. Anyway, for that job in Ottawa, during the interview, the guy just start complaining about New Brunswick, he was from New Brunswick himself, and it’s make me sick. I don’t go really often to New Brunswick, but I don’t want to hear something bad about it, it drive me mad.

I am still on this No New Brunswicker friendly because it’s happening twice to me today. Once, I was returning a call that I miss for a job. I was calling from a pay phone and I have problem to hear. I was calling from Bonaventure, close to the arena they have there. And then the guy ask where I came from, well next time, I will answer: does that really matter for the job? I have an interview fix next week but I won’t show up, trust me on that one. It’s annoy me so bad when he said: “They speak French in New Brunswick?” I prefer to become a cleaning lady then to continue to heard those types of comment. Well, hear me speak English, you’ll notice that yes, there’s French in New Brunswick.

Next incident, later on this afternoon, the comment came from a recruiter from an agencies. He doesn’t speak French, might have went one or two times to New Brunswick and there, for a reason or another, the guy complaint on how small it was, nananani, nanana. It has nothing to do with the job! I won’t work for him either. Today was a bad day.

My new career: cleaning lady

I am about to start a new career... Saturday, June 16, 2007, it will be my first day of work as a cleaning lady. For the few of them who know me well, it’s just impossible to imagine. Well, unemployment have a lot to do about it. For the two last weeks, I have been unemployed. I decided to do something about it. I have been to some interviews, but I won’t receive news any time soon, only next week.

In the meantime, I post different ads. It’s been working and surprise, I am a brand new cleaning lady. It’s a good way to make extra money and it will help me to pass time.

I am back on the net

I just move last Saturday, Brossard to Longueil, unfortunately. I now have to wake up at 6 o' clock in the morning. Before, it was 7 o'clock, even sometimes 7h30... Anyway, I have to adjust and make sure I don't go to sleep to late, because I could miss the bus... I will miss the kitty... I even get close to bring him with me...Bye Bailey

I have to move, May 15th the latest. I have to move by May 15th. I am in a hurry to move! I am suppose to move in a room. I find it expensive, an apartment all for me.

Posh Spice drink tea… so I drink tea too

I did something crazy today! I have no more grocery, no more coffee, so I went to the grocery store after work. I was going to buy coffee when I begin to look at the tea. And it’s then when I remember that Posh Spice drink peppermint herbal tea to stay slim.

I buy some just like Posh Spice do… And she’s so thin, I guess it’s work! I hope it will work on me. I want to loose weight before summer. I might go to a gym or something for a few weeks. But a few weeks only. Or I might drink tea only. If you see me somewhere drinking tea, you’ll know now why… And I also read somewhere that Katie Holmes was drinking peppermint tea too. Katie and Posh Spice are like best friends or something.

Oh no! PaidForum.net is temporary close!

My weekend really suck! PaidForum is close! Oh noooo! I reach more than the minimum payout, which is 50$ on PaidForum. I know I wasn’t going to get paid on April 1th, but anyway, I didn’t except that the site would ever close, even if it’s not close forever. I am moving on April 15^th and I need the money to move. I am so unlucky with online money maker. I first try My Lot, then, SlashMySearch, and then, later on PaidForum. Not that those money maker don’t work, but the money I earn from them is very little and since I am moving soon, I didn’t have any time to invest in them lately…

I just respond to a discussion that has been post on My Lot. A pal talk about his father that is slowly dying. He’s in the US, and his father live in Canada. And the guy was wondering if on Friday, is father will still be alive because he was going to Canada to see his father this Friday… After reading and answering to his post, I feel really sad because it’s make me remember of my grandfather who pass away alone, in an hospital room… just after my mother and other relatives had visit him, for the really last time. And it’s make me think about my life, what I wanted to change before I died.

Slash My Search or My Lot: Who’s the best?

For what I have been experience so far, I prefer Slash My Search. It’s less work. It’s much easier to do search by using their site (I am talking about Slash My Search). I did multiple search and so far, I earn $0.66132. On My Lot, by posting about 150 messages, I just earn 1.42$.

The “Slash My Search” thing is really easy and it’s a lot quicker to earn money their that on “My Lot”. “My Lot” required some writing and thinking and “Slash My Search”, none of that, just some quick typing and clicking. For now on, I will focus more on “Slash My Search”. I learn that I could possibly earn about 180$ per month by using “Slash My Search”. The 180$ don’t include any referrals. So since I don’t have any, the max that I gain earn is 180$. With 180$, I will not be that fat away of those 400$. I have been spending my Saturday browsing the Web I hope this will work out. About those 400$, it’s that I once post on “My Lot” that I wanted to make at least 400$ by using online money maker. 400$ is the amount of my rent for my room. It could be cool if I could pay my rent via online money maker…

My Lot or how to make a complete fool of yourself in forums...

So far, I post over 100 messages in different forums of My Lot. I try to answer questions the best as I could, but it's not easy when English is for you a second language. I try it out anyway and the result are... quite small. I just earn 1.31$ for more then 100 posts. I also put there some pictures. 1.31$ is not enought... I want more!
